Please follow the instructions below to reset your security key:
1. Log into the www.NTTgame.com portal.
2. Click on "My Account > Overview" at the top right of the web page.
3. Select "Game Services" from the left side and chose ''Knight Online'' from the right side
4. You will see text saying "Reset Security Key''
5. Enter your account information
6. Click on text and you will be sent a link to your registered email address. Once you receive and open the email, there will be a link to follow that allows you to reset your security key.
