We are excited to announce that we will be opening a new server.

Choose a nation and achieve domination once again!

New Servers Open on November 17

Only users with active OTP system will be able to log in to the new servers to ensure your account security and a more stable gaming experience.

Calendar

You will be able to pre-register and pre-select your server and character name to take part in new servers.

Below you can find the in-game events that will initially take place on the new servers.

*The new servers will not include Ardream and Ronark Land Base maps.

Pre-Registration Rewards

1. Warriors who successfully register during the first pre-registration process will receive 200x Ibex/Crisis Pots and 15-day Hellfire Wing rewards that can be used on new servers!

2. Our players who do not register during the second pre-registration process will not be able to receive the rewards.

In order to pre-register, your account must have an active ICS/OTP feature and an SMS confirmation of your account.

ICS Phone Number Update Support - 2022

Hail Knights!

We know we have many users who don't access to phone numbers which are registered on ICS-OTP service. For these cases, we were providing phone number update support through Customer Support service, but it has been ended on February 15, 2019.

As NTT Game, we have considered users' demands and decided to re-activate phone number update between June 20 and September 30, 2022. Users who have a problem with accessing to ICS phone number may send a ticket to ICS/OTP category under NTT Game Customer Support Service for phone number update.

Application Start Date: 20.06.2022 - 14:00 TR Time
Application End Date: 30.09.2022 - 23:59 TR Time

Information About Phone Number Update Service
*All users who can't reach registered phone number on ICS service can make appeal for phone number update.

*Users need to appeal through sending ticket to ICS/OTP category under NTT Game Customer Support Service.

*Customer Support team will request account ownership information (account registration date, birthday, payment history etc.) from users through tickets. Users who can't share account ownership information won't get support for phone number update.

*Users need to have access to e-mail addresses which are registered on accounts. Customer Support team send a code to e-mail address and request this code in your ticket. Users who can't share this code won't get support for number update.

*We won't provide help to users who don't know the registered phone number. If you don't remember the number, you may see censored version of the phone through connecting ICS website.

*After September 30 - 23:59 TR Time, applications will be denied directly.

About Limitation for Ziraat Bank Credit Card

Hello Everyone,

We have an announcement for users who purchase Npoints through Paybyme Credit Card option with their Ziraat Bank credit cards.

Hence forward, Ziraat Bank card owners won't purchase Npoints that worth over 100 Turkish Lira for each payment. If you try to make payment over 100 Turkish Lira, you will see "System Error (Sistem Hatası)" on your screen and payment won't be completed.

If you want to purchase more Npoints that worth over 100 Turkish Lira, you can make your payments as will be above 100 Turkish Lira in pieces. (Please don't forget that there is another limitation for payment attempt daily/weekly/monthly)

NTTNow is Now Replaced with the ICS/OTP System

Hail Knights,

We've taken an important decision about NTTNow application which is used for accessing new servers Altar - Vega - Sirius. According to decision, NTTNow's necessity for new servers have been cancelled and ICS/OTP service activation has been obliged. Users who created an account after August 21, 2020 11:00 TR time need to activate ICS service to access new servers.

Also, all accounts which already activated NTTNow application must activate ICS/OTP service to access new servers within 30 days (spesific time will be shared soon). At the end of the 30 days period, if ICS service hasn't been activated on account yet, new servers will be restricted until activating ICS service on account.

You can find more details about ICS service in here.

P.S 1: Users who already activated ICS service on their accounts don't need to do for accessing new servers.
P.S 2: Users who already complete the NTTNow verification and experience problem with ICS service might communicate with Customer Support services until September 24, 2020.
